Through LLC Tax Structure, Kickstart Companies offers the following services to small business owners:

• Tax structure planning consultations
• S-Corp election assistance and payroll setup guidance
• LLC formation and business entity filing services (through authorized filing agents)
• Tax credit identification and review
• Registered agent services (through authorized providers)
• Bookkeeping, compliance, and payroll planning guidance

Filing and formation services are performed by authorized third-party filing agents. State filing fees are separate from our service fees and are payable directly to the applicable Secretary of State.

3. No Attorney-Client or CPA-Client Relationship

Use of this website, submission of a consultation request form, or participation in a free consultation call does not create an attorney-client relationship, a CPA-client relationship, or any other professional engagement.

No professional relationship is formed with Kickstart Companies or any affiliated tax professional until both parties have executed a written engagement agreement. General information provided on this site or during an initial consultation call is educational and does not constitute legal advice, tax advice, or a formal professional opinion.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Any references to tax savings, average savings amounts, or reduced tax liability are illustrative estimates based on general patterns. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, savings amount, or tax benefit. Actual results depend entirely on your individual circumstances, applicable tax law, and decisions made in consultation with a licensed professional.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Initial consultations are provided at no charge. Fees for paid services (entity formation, registered agent, ongoing planning) are disclosed before any purchase. By purchasing a service, you authorize Kickstart Companies to charge the stated fee to your payment method.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased. Filing fees paid to state agencies are non-refundable once submitted. Service fees for work that has been completed are generally non-refundable. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the service date by contacting support@kickstartcompanies.com.

6. User Responsibilities

By using this site and submitting information, you represent that:

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total fees paid by you to Kickstart Companies for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kickstart Companies and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of this site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
